Hands-on support

The most well known form of IT support is “hands-on”. You need not be present all the time, and it is offered in three ways.

On-site service

This is the most traditional form of IT support. I come to your home or place of work.

(Within a reasonable distance from Kannelmäki.)

Spacehub service

Since here are many of these around the Helsinki capital area, it is easy to find a Spacehub to work from.

At my premises

You deliver the laptop to me, and I work on it here. There are no call out charges, so this is the most economical choice.

Remote support

Although IT Support is traditionally performed on site, I also use a remote support tool called “Teamviewer”. With Teamviewer, you get the same support experience as if I was there in person. Even if we were to be on opposite sides of the planet! You retain control of the connection at all times.

This is perfect for situations where the issue isn’t hardware related. A great example would be that you have just bought a new computer, and you like me to set up the software on it; install office programs, set up your email, etc.

It works like this:

  1. You install Teamviewer from here.
  2. At an agreed time, I will call and work with you to establish a connection between our computers.
  3. I carry out the work requested, and you can continue with your daily routine.

How much does it cost?

The pricing is designed to give you best value for your money with a low standard rate for 15 minutes.

With remote support, you pay only the standard fee.
