The most well known form of IT support is “hands-on”. You need not be present all the time, and it is offered in three ways.

Since here are many of these around the Helsinki capital area, it is easy to find a Spacehub to work from.
Minun tiloissani
You deliver the laptop to me, and I work on it here. There are no call out charges, so this is the most economical choice.
Etätuki
Vaikka IT-tuki suoritetaan perinteisesti paikan päällä, käytän myös etätukityökalua nimeltä Teamviewer. Teamviewerilla saat saman tukikokemuksen kuin olisin itse paikalla. Vaikka olisimme planeetan vastakkaisilla puolilla! Säilytät yhteyden hallinnan aina.
This is perfect for situations where the issue isn’t hardware related. A great example would be that you have just bought a new computer, and you like me to set up the software on it; install office programs, set up your email, etc.
It works like this:
- You install Teamviewer from tässä.
- At an agreed time, I will call and work with you to establish a connection between our computers.
- I carry out the work requested, and you can continue with your daily routine.
How much does it cost?
The pricing is designed to give you best value for your money with a low standard rate for 15 minutes.
With remote support, you pay only the standard fee.
